Landlord Servicing and Maintenance.

From annual PAT testing to a full EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) for landlords.

Whilst it is not a legal requirement to have PAT testing for landlords it is considered best practice to have annual PAT testing on appliances within your rented property. 

​

It is now a government requirement for all tenanted properties to have an up-to-date satisfactory EICR. This responsibility falls to the landlord to ensure the safety of their tenants. Mandatory electrical inspections will need to be carried out by our qualified NICEIC contractors.
