We can offer tailored planned preventive maintenance (PPM) packages to our clients, this is designed with the aim to prevent the breakdown and failure of equipment. Included in your PPM package will be several checks of equipment, along with the replacement of worn components, general maintenance and servicing. 

Landlord Servicing and Maintenance.

From annual PAT testing to a full EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) for landlords.

Whilst it is not a legal requirement to have PAT testing for landlords it is considered best practice to have annual PAT testing on appliances within your rented property. 

It is now a government requirement for all tenanted properties to have an up-to-date satisfactory EICR. This responsibility falls to the landlord to ensure the safety of their tenants. Mandatory electrical inspections will need to be carried out by qualified NICEIC contractors.
